  • In the next screen, you have to enter the password if you have. If you have set it up any type of password, leave it as blank and then click on submit.
  • Once you login the Belkin router’s web interface, you need to click on utilities section which is located at the left navigation panel.
  • In the utility section, click on firmware update link.
  • Now you need to click on browse to located the updated firmware file, which you have downloaded and save it on your computer.
  • After selecting the appropriate firmware file, click on update button.
  • In next step, you will be prompted to continue with upgrade, click on OK.
  • Then a prompt message will warn you and advised you not to turn off or reboot your router at the end of upgrade . Then click on OK.
  • Now will see the firmware update status to running or progressing and at this time, you have to make sure computer should not be turn off and you are not authorized to reboot your router during updation time.
  • Once the update process becomes complete, a warning message will come out to warn you to wait for few seconds for applying changing.
  • Once all the things are done, you need to click on OK and your router is start rebooting process.

Note: If you are experience any kind of failure during firmware update, you need to power cycle your Belkin wireless router and restart your computer before running firmware update again.
